I am writing to you regarding my last stay with you! I was there for one week with my mum (room 207) and I wanted to tell you that we had an amazing time with you. Everything was perfect, the staff was really helpful and kind with us. The hotel is beautiful! I hope I will come back again!

Hello All at Cloud 19, this is just to thank you all for making our holiday such a wonderful experience, something we will never forget.

We stayed in room 303 which was perfect in every way. The meals we had in the resturant were exceptional, something different everyday.
We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have decided to visit again in January 2012 with friends and family. I have written to Sukhathai and given him our requirements and look forward to hearing from him.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in.You become their family instantly and they are genuinely interested in your wellbeing (a trait amongst all Thai's) and everthing is perfect and so clean. Your room is not just prepared for you for the day, but it is cleaned completely and everthing is wiped and dusted. The location is brilliant and the decor tastefully done. The pools are stunning. I would rate them 20 out of 10!!!! I will definitely return. Try the chefs Caesar salad. Mmmmmmmmmm.
