We stayed 6 nights and had the most fantasic time of our lives. The service is heavenly and the staff are angels. The food was always excellent. The sweet & sour chicken was the best ever eaten anywhere. Just hire a scooter and travel around the area for the most spectacular experience. The peace and quiet was great, off the beaten track but only scooter ride away.

What a wonderful hotel! We chose this hotel as it was a little way out from all the touristy areas of Phuket, but close enough for us to drive to where we wanted to get to.Most days we had the pool to ourselves. On our last day it was the busiest, with 2 other couples. The room was lovely. We had a kitchenette and an outdoor bath, which we sat in to watch the sunset.
The staff were very attentive and helped us in every way possible. The view for breakfast and dinner was absolutely stunning.
People do not believe the photos we took are real!
We would love to return to this hotel again!

Situated right on the beach and very trendy
a very nice place to stay in a great location situated right on the beach. the thing we liked most was the quietness of that area of the island

the room was lovely great swimming pool view from room over bay
arrived to spend 7 days on honeymoon. could have been friendlier reception. walk up to room strenuous - 4 flights of stairs. room was equipped with twin beds - this is standard here with de luxe room. for me i would have preferred double. the room was wonderful- quiet, well equipped to a high standard, and spotlessly clean. breakfast very very good with choice of thai or western. the restaurant area one of the best i have ever used - eating breakfast with a sea view over chalong bay is something i will not forget. all in all a very enjoyable stay marred a little by the rigid bed situation and that walk up to the room!

Friendly staff, nice beach
Cloud 19 epitomises what a boutique hotel should be. The staff are very welcoming and helpful,. The hotel has wonderful views across the bay which are ideal for watching the sunset with a few cocktails a beach which possibly has the softest sand I have ever experienced! The restaurant is ok
